Pinta is a cross-platform drawing / image editing application inspired by Paint.NET designed to be very easy to use.
Pinta 0.7 was released with mostly bug-fixes such as: crop selection only crops to a rectangle, transparency doesn't work, paintbrush size 1 doesn't work and more. There's also a new feature: Pinta now supports outlined text.
A complete Pinta 0.7 changelog can be found HERE.
As usual, the latest Pinta is available in the WebUpd8 Ubuntu PPA so to install it, use the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install pinta
Download Pinta 0.7 for other Linux distributions, Windows and Mac OS X.
Thanks to Grof Aty for the Pinta 0.7 tip!
