A couple of days ago they announced the availability of version 0.5.8 of Ubuntu Tweak with support for Natty.
There is a major bug in this version. In the Preferences menu if you select the option Use separate sources have no problems and just update.
In the event that you uncheck this option, most likely you will have lost all sources of the Launchpad PPA.
