Has been released a new version of Ubuntu Customization Kit (UCK), An application based on an original CD, we can create a custom LiveCD of Ubuntu or its derivatives, may add or remove packages, for example language packs, applications, etc to create a LiveCD based on our needs.
We can install this deb package in Maverick from here:
