A simple and practical tip to quickly open a folder on the desktop while GNOME.
There should be no open window, or at least those that are open should be minimized to work.
If tipeamos / + enter we will see a window like you see in the image to open the folder you want, eg. could write usr/share/themes and then we will enter the location.
On the other hand, if we wish to open our home folder,
