It’s Available! The OtterBox Defender Series for Apple iPad 2

The OtterBox Defender Series is one of the most protective cases on the market, and since the iPad 2 launch many people have been dying to get their hands on this case. Well good news!  OtterBox has just announced its available, the Defender Series for the iPad 2 can now be ordered off their website (OtterBox.com) for $89.95. It seems that OtterBox isn’t offering any colors in this case yet, just the standard black/white combo. Like all Defender Series cases for tablets, the iPad 2 model features a protective snap-on cover which protects the display, and can also be removed and used as a kickstand. Check out the pictures below to see the iPad 2 Defender Series closer. It also appears that OtterBox has done away with the protective plastic thats usaully built into the case to cover the display. They now include a free self-adhesive screen protector with every purchase.
